Continuando con el spread de los vintage covers de Vogue, ya entrando los años 40 podemos ver como va emergiendo la fotografía de moda para los covers, aunque no sustituía por completo a las imagenes ilustradas. Los años 40 también marcan la introducción de las primeras modelos de moda, como Lisa Fonssagrives, a los covers de Vogue.
Continuing with the Vogue vintage covers spread, entering the 40´s it´s very notable the emerge of fashion photography, though the illustraded images weren´t completely substituited by these. The 40´s also mark the introduction of the first fashion models, such as Lisa Fonssagrives, for the covers of Vogue.
